INTRODUCTION
The Role Models Foundation was established in December of 2004 to provide needed services and support to families and organizations who may have some social, economical, educational, disciplinary or ungovernable problems with their youth. Since the establishment of the Role Models Foundation, we have served many deserving youth and their families through a broad range of programs and services. This has been accomplished through a collaborative effort of support from dedicated board members, staff members, and community supporters. The Role Models Foundation will continue to create partnerships that share the goals of the program to strengthen our neighborhoods and communities by empowering our youth through teaching them discipline, establishing respect and educating them on becoming responsible adults.

The Role Models Foundation establishes self-supportive satellite facilities in areas such as schools, churches, neighborhoods and apartment communities to accomplish its goals. Each facility, independently funded, will be staffed with qualified personnel who have been properly trained and certified to provide quality services. It is part of the goals of our foundation to provide quality not quantity programming, and to expand our programs in a sound financial and productive manner.
